All dogs must be leashed when entering or exiting the shop. Clients must remove the collar and lead from their pets and place their pets behind the gate.
Clients that fail to show or cancel within 24 hours prior to any grooming appointment will incur an additional charge for their next grooming appointment. Clients that fail to show or cancel within 24 hours more than twice will be unable to make any future appointments.
Cash, credit and debit are accepted. All payments are due at the time of pick-up. Pets cannot be released until full payment is received. Price quotes are subject to change if additional issues are identified such as coat conditions, presence of mats, lice or ticks.
If you are unhappy with any grooming results, contact us within 24 hours and we will make the desired changes free of charge.
